This page explains what Wexler Law collects through this website and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. The site may also record basic visit information, such as the pages viewed and the type of browser, to keep it working.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to decide whether we can help. We don’t sell it or share it for marketing.

Who sees it

Agathe Wexler and the service that hosts this website. If we’re required by law to disclose information, we will tell you where we’re allowed to.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us by writing to office@wexlerlaw.com.
